What is Product?

Chartered Accountants provide various services and each service has a small deliverable. Deliverable is a work which in itself can be differentiated from other work. Like for example, if a CA is providing GST services to a client, for him product will be GSTR1, GSTR3B, etc. Each of these works are separate deliverable which can be tracked separately and allotted to employees separately.
